  • Do you ship internationally?

    -At this time, no, we do not ship internationally.

  • How quickly do you ship? What are transit times?

    -We aim to ship same day or next day on all our orders, with the exception of product launch days. During launches please allow 5-7 business days for shipping. Typical transit time is 2-3 days with USPS Priority. However, we can not guarantee these timeframes.

  • What do I do if my package is being returned due to an incomplete address?

    -Please email us, in most cases we can reship immediately after reshipment fees have been paid.

  • What do I do if my tracking hasn’t updated?

    -According to USPS, we must wait 45 days for domestic orders before filing a claim for the lost package. Please email us if you have not seen any movement on the order within this time frame so we can find a solution.

  • What if my package says it was delivered but I never received it?
    -Unfortunately at that point it is out of our control and you will need to contact your local postal service for further information regarding your package. In most cases, it was delivered to a neighbor or marked as delivered early and will arrive a few days later.
