At HAANmade Treasures, we carefully prepare and package each order with care.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3–4 business days after your order is placed.
During holidays, sales, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
We currently ship within the United States.
- Standard shipping: $5 flat rate
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75
Your available shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery
Orders are shipped using USPS or UPS, depending on the order and destination.
After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.
Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been accepted by the carrier.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
HAANmade Treasures is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your delivery location and contact the shipping carrier directly.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
